The Memphis Jewish Community Center (MJCC) will host its 3rd Annual Health and Wellness Expo on Sunday, January 17, featuring well-known fitness professional, Mindy Mylrea. The expo will last from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with health and fitness vendors and exhibitors from across Memphis on hand. The MJCC Health and Wellness Expo brings together the best in fitness, nutrition, healing arts, personal growth, and education. At 1:00 p.m. Mindy Mylrea, founder of Tabata Bootcamp and creator of Gliding, the gliding discs exercise program, will share how to take small steps toward a healthy lifestyle. She will talk about how any amount of movement matters and share strategies, tips, and tricks to help you and your family form lasting healthy habits for sustained wellness.
Free workshops will be offered throughout the day.
