Salads to Celebrate

May is a month-long party in Memphis for rock ’n’ roll, blues, and barbecue. But it’s also National Salad Month. Pair one of these with a few ribs and you’ll stay smokin’ all month long.

Mixed salad greens, black olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and a scoop of homemade tuna or chicken salad and house-made Greek vinaigrette dressing.
