Brazil Nut Crusted Salmon
INGREDIENTS:
6 salmon fillets
1 cup Brazil nuts, chopped
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
1 1/2 tsp pepper
Sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Pat Salmon fillets with a paper towel to remove excess water. Place salmon on a prepared baking sheet.
2. Chop Brazil nuts in a food processor. Place in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
3. Spread over salmon and bake at 425F for 12-15 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
