Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Sesame Seeds

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 400F.

2. On a large baking sheet toss Brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Turn the Brussels cut side down.

3. Roast until golden and tender, approximately 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and additional salt and pepper to taste.
