After a decadent December, many revelers partake in a dry January. Spirit-free cocktails, formerly known as mocktails, are especially helpful to get you through the thick of winter. Pineapple, Shrub (sweetened vinegar base syrup), Thyme, Lemon Juice, and Soda Water.

Sage, Ginger, Honey with warming spices.
