I <3 RUNNING: Running has been how I’ve made my most meaningful friendships throughout my life, and they are also the relationships that have lasted the longest. I’m so thankful for Josh Clark and HyperFocus for giving me community in Memphis.

BUCKET LIST: I want to run the Great Lakes Relays or a Spartan race with a mix of Memphis friends and alums from my original high school cross country team.

UP NEXT: The St. Jude Memphis Marathon® Weekend in December is a lock as long as I am healthy — I’m going for the PR. I’m also thinking about running the Lane Purser Road Race Series again this summer to build fitness leading into St. Jude and hopefully make some progress with my 10K time.

FAV FITNESS ACCOMPLISHMENT: Two moments stand out: running the Great Lakes Relays in high school through Michigan’s Upper Peninsula with my cross country team — three days of racing over 30 miles through sand and the Michigan woods. Years later, I reunited with some of those same friends to run the 2022 Marine Corps Marathon together in DC. The fact that my best friends and I got to experience both challenges together was so special.

HOMETOWN: Naperville, Illinois

MY GROUP: HyperFocus Run Club

RECENT RACES: The St. Jude Half in December 2025; I placed 22nd female overall and fifth in the Female 20-24 age group. I also competed in the Lane Purser Road Race Series in Memphis in 2024, placing first in my age group (female, 20-24) and fourth female overall.

MOST MEMORABLE FITNESS EVENT: Racing the 2025 Charleston 10K Bridge Run with my brothers, Morgan and Soern. Sports have always been what bonded us, and living in different cities and not getting to see each other much, competing together, and crossing that finish line as siblings was awesome! Plus, our dad racing, too, was the cherry on top.

DREAM DINNER COMPANY: Dan Iverson, my high school cross-country coach. He had a philosophy about sports that was so selfless. I’d love to catch up.

GO-TO GEAR: Hoka Bondi 9s, Garmin Forerunner 235, Barbell Pad, and a ginormous strawberry Monster energy drink.

INSPIRATION TO BE FIT: My sweet mom, Reba. The first pictures of my brothers and me are her running with us in strollers. She’s been active her whole life, and I want to be just like her.
