MY ADVICE:

Stay consistent in your diet and with your personal health goals.

MY FITNESS TIP:

Eat clean, whole foods. If you get off track with your food or workouts, it’s okay. Just pick it back up — don’t quit!

IF I COULD ONLY HAVE ONE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT:

Dumbbells, because you can incorporate them into almost every movement.

ALWAYS IN MY GYM BAG:

A water bottle and my earphones.

MY FITNESS INSPIRATION:

My husband, Hayden, who is also a coach. Watching him push other people inspires me to do better.

DREAM WORKOUT PARTNER:

My daughter, Bailey, who is a power Pilates instructor. Our sessions consist of us laughing while trying to figure out who could make it harder for the other person, because we’re both competitive!

GO-TO SNACK:

Protein balls are great!

DIET PHILOSOPHY:

My diet plan is tailored specifically to my goals and body type, ensuring a balanced approach.

ONE FOOD I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT:

Steak!

WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED:

My clients and team at each gym.

NEWBIE ADVICE:

Stay focused on your goals, even on the hard days.

GOALS FOR THE YEAR AHEAD:

I want to stay healthy for both my children and myself. I enjoy working out.

FAV WAY TO WORKOUT:

Power Pilates, because it allows me to incorporate weights into traditional Pilates movements.

BIGGEST FITNESS MYTH:

You don’t have to go all out every single workout session. Some days you just need to know your body.

BIGGEST NUTRITION MYTH:

Most people think losing weight is about calorie intake, but it’s more about healthy foods and balanced meals for your own body. Just because one diet works for one doesn’t mean it will work for everyone.
