A quick, convenient snack for teenage athletes heading to practice, weekend warriors fitting in a workout, or anyone who needs a little fuel.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (dry) old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup (freshly) ground flax seeds
  • ½ cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dried fruit
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder

Directions:

Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once chilled, roll into 1-inch balls. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
