  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup whole rolled oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
