Prep Time: 50 minutes Makes 4-6 Servings 

Ingredients: 

  • 8 ounces feta cheese block 
  • 6-7 sheets phyllo pastry 
  • 3-4 tablespoons butter 
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary 
  • 3-4 tablespoons honey 
  • Pita crackers, for serving 

Directions: 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

In a small bowl, combine butter, 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, and minced garlic. Melt in the microwave or over the stove. 

Lightly brush each sheet of phyllo on the front and back with the melted butter mixture. Wrap each piece around the block of feta. 

Place the wrapped feta on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until it is golden and crispy. 

Remove from the oven and top with honey and fresh rosemary. 

Serve warm, and enjoy!
