FAV SPORT:

Wellness Bodybuilding

BIGGEST FITNESS MYTH:

If you weight train too much, you will look like a man.

BIGGEST NUTRITION MYTH:

Eating less food will help you lose weight.

MY TYPICAL WORKOUT DAY:

My workout starts with warmups using resistance bands on lower body days and a treadmill on upper body days. I love going heavy with my weight; however, using muscle-mind connection is a huge focus for me. I want to ensure I’m working the correct muscles and that I have the absolute best form.

FITNESS TIP:

Warm up and stretch before your workout.

IF I COULD ONLY HAVE ONE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT:

I love the barbell because I have the freedom to work with almost everything. I can do core and upper and lower body. The barbell is very versatile.

ALWAYS IN MY GYM BAG:

Shoes for cardio and my NOBULLS for squats and legs.

MY FITNESS IDOL:

Isa Pereira. I’m a wellness bodybuilder, and she is one of the top athletes in the world. She’s also a wellness athlete. Wellness is a division that has recently transitioned into the United States. Her body and height are similar to mine, and her pose is beautiful. It’s inspiring to see where she began in her bodybuilding career and where she is now.

DREAM WORKOUT PARTNER:

Dwayne Johnson

MY GO-TO SNACK:

Rice cakes with peanut butter

MY DIET:

I follow a bodybuilding diet plan and macros.

WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED:

I’m motivated by the improvements I make weekly and by my family.

GOALS FOR THE YEAR AHEAD:

Be stronger. Physically, I’d like to grow my calves and hamstrings.

BEST ADVICE:

Be consistent with getting better each week.
