Fresh, healthy, and beautiful enough to serve to mom—this salad is perfect for any Mother’s Day celebration. If you can’t be mom this year, send the recipe and eat together virtually!

- 8 cups watermelon – cubed
- 5 to 6 colorful radishes – thinly sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- 2 Tbsp dill sprigs
- Honey, for serving
- Fleur de Sel or coarse salt, for sprinkling
Add watermelon and radishes to a serving bowl and toss together. Top with feta, almonds, and dill. Right before serving, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt to your liking.
