Ingredients:
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- 5 ounces Boursin garlic and herb cheese
- Pepper jelly
- Prosciutto
- Arugula
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice the baguette into diagonal pieces.
Lay the baguette slices on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drizzle each slice with olive oil and season with salt.
Place in the oven to bake for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown and toasted.
Set aside and let the bread cool.
Spread Boursin on each piece of bread.
Spread pepper jelly on each piece of bread.
Add prosciutto to each piece of bread.
Top with arugula, drizzle a little olive oil, and finish with flaky salt.
Serve and enjoy!
