Nothing pairs better on a hot summer night than protein and pineapples. This meal is easy, quick, and full of flavor – a summer staple in our house!

Prep Time: 30 minutes | Cook Time: 20-25 minutes Makes 8-12 Servings


  • 2 Chicken Breasts, cubed
  • 1 Sirloin, cubed
  • 1 Whole Pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 3 Bell Peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • Kabob Skewers
  • 2 cups red wine
  • 2 Tablespoons TOFG Chicken seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Prepare the kabob ingredients by cubing the chicken, steak, and pineapple. Chop the bell peppers and red onion into 1- inch pieces. Once the ingredients are prepped, season the chicken and steak (separately). Season well with chicken seasoning, red wine, and salt and pepper. Assemble the ka-bob by placing the ingredients on the skewers. Place the Skewers on the grill at 350F, flipping the skewers every 3-4 minutes until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 125F.

Serve the skewers, grilled veggies, roasted potatoes, or a refreshing Caprese salad. Enjoy!
