Shred415, a high-intensity interval training fitness concept studio, opens on Oct. 18 at 6450 Poplar Ave, Ste. 115. In celebration, community members are invited to meet the team and enjoy two weeks of free classes from Oct. 18–Nov. 4.

Shred415 of East Memphis is owned and operated by Nicole Eason and Jeff Hall. Recognizing their mutual passion for fitness, they decided to go into business together. The idea of everyone of all fitness levels being able to run and lift weights really drew them to Shred415. The East Memphis location is the first of three studios the pair plans to open.

“By bringing Shred415 to a new community, we have the opportunity to establish an unmatched fitness culture that allows individuals to experience challenging workouts that energize and motivate while improving overall health and wellness,” says Eason. “I can’t wait for Memphis residents to become part of the Shred415 family and start seeing results from our high-intensity workout, regardless of their fitness level.”

Shred415’s increasingly popular classes have grown rapidly to meet marketplace demand. Shred415 offers a 60-minute, instructor-led interval training class alternating between speed and endurance drills on top-quality treadmills and strength and functional movement training on the floor. Each class is designed to increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout tailored to every individual’s level and goals. The result is simple: clients find classes to be enjoyable and effective, a rare combination in fitness.
