INSPIRATION TO BE FIT: I want to be healthy and stay in shape.

FAVE FITNESS ACCOMPLISHMENT: I placed second in my age group out of 171 women in the USA at the St. Jude 5k.

RECENT RACES: At Run Run Rudolph in Phoenix, Arizona, I placed third in my age group.

MEMORABLE FITNESS EVENT: The South Dakota Mount Rushmore Half Marathon.

BUCKET LIST: I’d like to go on a Colorado ski trip.

SETBACKS: I had a hairline fracture in my little toe and still placed second in my age group in a race a week later and the death of my Father.

GO-TO GEAR: Apple Watch and Brooks Ghost Running Shoes.

FAVORITE JAM: “Can’t Let Go” by Earth, Wind & Fire BING-WATCHING: Lifetime TV

BEST EATS: I like Bahama Breeze and I enjoy their Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Ultimate Pina Colada.

MY FAV INDULGENCE: Hanging out with the girls!

UP NEXT: A half marathon in Maui, Hawaii. I will then have run in all 50 States!

I LOVE RUNNING: Running gives me personal time to reflect on life and God’s goodness.
