Cardio is king for weight loss.

You can out-train a bad diet!
MY TYPICAL WORKOUT DAY:
I strength train in the mornings, typically with heavy weights, then a mile run, and a Rumble workout at the end of the day.
MY ADVICE:
Half of the battle is in the kitchen. Sometimes, you have to consume food for fuel and not for taste or pleasure while working out consistently.
MY FITNESS TIP:
You have to be consistent with your training routine! Working out randomly gives you more opportunities to talk yourself out of getting into the gym!bBy the end of the week, you’ll look up and see you’ve only worked out one time for the week!
ONE FOOD I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT:
I like a good sandwich that covers all the food groups!
WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED:
I owe it to myself to be the best version of myself that I can be, and in doing so, inspire others not to cheat themselves! How you do anything is how you do everything.
SETBACKS:
I tore my left Achilles, and one year later, I tore my right Achilles tendon. There was an obvious physical strain, but the mental strain took the biggest toll. I learned there’s not one area you can neglect when it comes to fitness without consequences, so mobility, flexibility, and hydration became a point of emphasis in my day-to-day routine, and I am stronger because of it. There’s no task too big or small that you can’t overcome!
GOALS FOR THE YEAR AHEAD:
I want to get to single-digit body fat!
