This summer pizza is loaded with hearty veggies, homemade dough, and full of flavor! It is best enjoyed outside with friends and family.
Prep Time: 30 minutes | Cook time: 10-12 minutes
Pizza dough:
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons Greek seasoning
- 2 teaspoons avocado oil
- ¾ cup water
Topping:
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Chicken seasoning
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- ½ red onion 1 Roma tomato
- ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
Directions:
The dough is super simple and quick to make. Add in all dry ingredients and olive oil. Slowly add in the water; I add in 1/4th at a time. Knead the dough on a floured surface. If the dough is too dry, add more water. If the dough is sticky, add more flour. Roll out the pizza crust until it is your desired thickness.
Chop all veggies. Throw the veggies in a skillet and sauté in 1 tsp. chicken seasoning, and 1 tsp. oil for 2-3 min over medium heat. Once veggies are sautéed, assemble the pizza.
Assemble by drizzling about a tablespoon of balsamic glaze, a sprinkle of cheese, veggies, and a little more cheese, and place in the oven at 400F for 10-12 min. Once the pizza is done, drizzle about 2-3 tablespoons of balsamic on top. Enjoy!
Note: We made a lot to freeze, so I did not put the cream cheese and cheese in it until it is reheated and are ready to eat!
