THE RUNDOWN: Build your strength, confidence, and community all in one place. Each instructor at Hot Yoga Plus (HYP) Memphis brings their own flavor of teaching to the space’s all- levels format, ensuring classes cater to all ages and abilities.

A welcoming place for both new and seasoned yogis alike, HYP focuses primarily on power vinyasa, a strength-building practice, with added variety for a well-rounded, body and soul feeling.

Rooms are heated to varying degrees using a special system for added humidity that mirrors typical mid-south weather. Expect most classes to hover around 96-98 degrees, with 50%- 80% humidity.

THE CLASSES:

Power Flow Basics: This weekly class is taught at a slower pace and in a less heated room. It maintains all the fundamentals of a typical yoga class in a simpler flow to help people ease into the practice without feeling overwhelmed.

Power Flow: A challenging and dynamic, breath-to-movement class

Power Espresso Flow: A quicker version of the Power Flow for those in a time crunch.

Yin Yoga: A restorative class that works the body’s deep connective tissues

Hot Sculpt Pilates: A strength-based, full-body workout that combines Pilates, weights, and yoga elements.

Restorative: Uses the support of blankets, blocks, and other props to bring students into passive postures for deep relaxation.

Aerial Power Pilates: Aerial hammocks help develop alignment, core engagement, and joint stabilization.

Their team of seasoned and enthusiastic fitness trainers will guide you through new workouts every day that blend calisthenics, weightlifting, and mobility to help you achieve those fitness goals.
