I do two, 20-minute total body workouts – one in the morning and one in the evening.

I do Food Combining, which is simply eating meats and vegetables, or breads and vegetables, or no meat and breads together, and not drinking with meals.

Chicken

WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED:

If working out can help me fight off illness, then I need to stay fit!

GOALS FOR THE YEAR AHEAD:

I want to build up my upper body strength.

Failed relationships have helped me learn and relearn that you must first love yourself before you can truly love anyone else.
