Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz. mozzarella, sliced
- 1 red onion, caramelized
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil, drizzled
- Balsamic glaze, drizzled
- Truffle oil, drizzled
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a pan over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté the onions until soft and fragrant. It takes about 8-10 minutes.
On a large plate or tray, layer tomatoes, mozzarella, and caramelized onions until the plate is full or you run out of ingredients.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Finish with a little truffle oil, salt, and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil, and enjoy!
