A 5-10 minute warm-up/dynamic stretching, heavy weight lifting, and cable or bands finisher, followed by a complete ab workout, and stretch and flexibility.

SETBACKS: 

The covid shutdown was a setback. I re-evaluated my personal training goals and was determined to learn. I completed additional training and improved my skills. Today, my clientele has increased by more than 50%.
