Kyoto Salad
Ingredients:
- ½ bunch kale, chopped
- ½ head romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup edamame beans
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- Crunchy chow mein, as desired
- Ginger sesame dressing* to taste
Nicoise Salad
- 1 container mixed greens
- ½ cup lemony tuna salad*
- ½ cup black olives
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- Lemon vinaigrette dressing* to taste
Combine ingredients in a bowl and toss until evenly combined. Serve and enjoy!
