Kyoto Salad

Ingredients:

  • ½ bunch kale, chopped
  • ½ head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup edamame beans
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • Crunchy chow mein, as desired
  • Ginger sesame dressing* to taste

Nicoise Salad

  • 1 container mixed greens
  • ½ cup lemony tuna salad*
  • ½ cup black olives
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • Lemon vinaigrette dressing* to taste

Combine ingredients in a bowl and toss until evenly combined. Serve and enjoy!
